Terms of Use

1. Agreement and service

These Terms govern use of the LittleGlance mobile application, website and related services. By using LittleGlance or purchasing a keepsake package, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

LittleGlance lets an adult submit an ultrasound and selected creative directions to request AI-generated artistic portraits. Features, models, package composition and availability may change as the service improves, provided already purchased content is handled according to applicable consumer law.

2. Eligibility and permission

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You may upload an ultrasound only when it belongs to you or you have lawful authority and informed permission from the person to whom it relates. You are responsible for ensuring your submission and requested use do not violate privacy, intellectual-property or other rights.

You must not use LittleGlance to upload unlawful, exploitative, abusive, sexually explicit, deceptive or rights-infringing content; impersonate another person; attempt to identify a person from biometric data; reverse engineer or disrupt the service; bypass purchase or security controls; automate abusive request volume; or resell access to the generation service.

3. Purchases, delivery and refunds

LittleGlance sells non-subscription digital keepsake packages through Apple App Store or Google Play. The store displays the final local price, tax and currency before you confirm. Payment, billing credentials, refunds and chargebacks are handled by the applicable store under its terms and consumer law.

A purchase grants one personal, non-transferable fulfillment of the selected package unless the product page states otherwise. Generation may take time and can fail because of image quality, connectivity, model safety systems or provider outages. If a verified purchase cannot be fulfilled after reasonable retry or support, contact us and the applicable store for the remedies available in your region.

Generated results are inherently variable. Personal taste, resemblance, age continuity, ethnicity, features or photographic realism are not guaranteed. A result that is technically delivered but differs from expectations is not automatically a service failure, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

4. Your content and generated portraits

You retain rights you hold in the ultrasound and creative directions you submit. You grant LittleGlance and its service providers a limited license to host, transmit, process, reproduce and transform that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and deliver the service, provide support and meet legal obligations.

Subject to third-party rights and applicable law, you may use delivered portraits for personal, non-commercial keepsake purposes. You must not present them as authentic medical imagery, proof of identity, evidence of genetic traits, or an actual photograph of a real future child. AI-generated content may not be unique and similar outputs may be created for others.

5. Intellectual property

The LittleGlance name, logo, interface, software, website copy and service design are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the personal-use permission above, these Terms do not grant a license to copy, distribute, modify, sell or create competing services from LittleGlance materials.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep LittleGlance available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend features to maintain security, comply with law, address abuse or manage provider outages. We may update these Terms and will post a revised date. Material changes apply prospectively and receive any notice required by law.

7. Disclaimers and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LittleGlance is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties that may legally be excluded. The service is not a substitute for medical advice, prenatal care, ultrasound interpretation, genetic counselling or professional photography.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LittleGlance is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data or emotional distress arising from use of or inability to use the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected package. These limits do not exclude liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, including mandatory consumer protections.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using LittleGlance at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, abuse, security risk or legal requirement. Provisions that logically survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits and dispute terms—continue to apply.

9. Governing rules

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of LittleGlance, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Courts or consumer dispute bodies with mandatory jurisdiction remain available.
